Riverside resident Fred S.C. Li has been appointed to the board of directors of the Nathaniel Witherell, the short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing care center owned by the Town of Greenwich. Li is vice president of HLK Services, a family-run engineering and procurement company in Greenwich.
