Three Men Gang Up To Attack Darien Man Over Cigarette, Stamford Police Say

STAMFORD, Conn., -- Three Greenwich men are facing charges of ganging up to viciously attack a Darien man who didn't want to give them his last cigarette early Saturday in downtown Stamford, police said. Eric Macken, 20, of 15 Bird Song Place, Riverside, and William Kimball Rosato, 21, of 140 Cutler Road, Greenwich, are each charged with third-degree assault, conspiracy to commit third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Single Family Home Sales Rise 15 Percent In Greenwich In 2nd Quarter

Greenwich real estate posted big gains in the second quarter in units sold and median sale price, according to reports from local brokerages. The number of homes sold rose 15 percent and the median sale price rose 9 percent according to the report from Houlihan Lawrence.
